USA BAF & IFS Decrease (Dec. 1st, 2006)

Dear Customers,
1. We were advised from the carriers that imposed BAF application for the month of December 1st 2006 US to Asia will be as follows:
- USD 364 per 20 foot
- USD 455 per 40 or greater
2. Surcharge will be set to the following levels, HD USA are announced that Inland Fuel Surcharges will be effective each December 01, 2006.
- $52 per container for all cargo moved via all motor transport (Truck only)
- $179 per container for all cargo moved via all rail or via combined rail/truck move
